General Information<\/h2>\n\n<p>This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all lessons, lesson packages, and examination fees purchased through the Meligalas Music School&#8217;s online store.<\/p>\n\n<p>The services provided are for in-person educational services at the Music School premises.<\/p>\n\n<p>By completing a purchase, the customer fully accepts this policy.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. No Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p>Lesson fees (monthly or lesson packages) are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n<p>Reserving a spot in a lesson program commits a specific time slot and instructor, therefore no refund is provided in case of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-attendance at the scheduled lesson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discontinuation of lessons at the student&#8217;s initiative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change of mind after purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. First Lesson \u2013 Non-Attendance<\/h2>\n\n<p>If a student schedules their first lesson and does not attend, no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n\n<p>The instructor reserves their time for the specific lesson, and the absence does not burden the Music School.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Lesson Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n<p>Only one (1) rescheduling of a planned lesson is permitted per package or month.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rescheduling:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be requested in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is subject to instructor availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be transferred beyond the current lesson period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Further reschedulings are not permitted, as they affect the Music School&#8217;s overall schedule.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Examination Fees<\/h2>\n\n<p>Examination fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n<p>Exams are scheduled on specific dates with examiners and organizational preparation. In case of non-attendance, the amount is not refunded.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation by the Music School<\/h2>\n\n<p>In the exceptional event of a lesson cancellation by the Music School (e.g., instructor illness):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The lesson will be rescheduled<br\/>or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will be transferred without any financial charge to the student<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
