The Music School provides:<\/p>\n\n

  • Lesson packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Music examination fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Lessons are conducted exclusively at the Music School’s premises, unless otherwise announced.<\/p>\n\n

    2. Booking & Payment Procedure<\/h2>\n\n

    Booking is made through the online store.<\/p>\n\n

    Booking confirmation is valid only after:<\/p>\n\n

    • Completion of payment or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Confirmation of bank deposit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      The Music School reserves the right to modify the schedule for organizational reasons.<\/p>\n\n

      3. Lesson Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n

      • If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, no refund is provided<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The lesson can be rescheduled only once<\/strong>, provided the Music School is notified in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Further changes are not permitted, as they affect the overall lesson schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        The presence of the instructor on site is considered provision of the service.<\/p>\n\n

        4. Examination Fees<\/h2>\n\n

        Examination fees:<\/p>\n\n

        • Are non-refundable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Are not transferable to another date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Are not compensated in case of absence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Exams are held on predetermined dates, and non-attendance does not create an obligation for a refund.<\/p>\n\n

          5. User Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n

          The user is obliged to:<\/p>\n\n

          • Provide accurate contact information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Stay informed about the lesson schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n
